Good last long run. I gave it a little more intensity than required. Just felt good and wanted to check my energy.
Thanks to Coach Kevin, the new tri-athlete socks seemed to work. I also tried them previously indoors on the treadmill during 4K Fartlek. They're going to Boston. Leg seemed OK, some minor pain but not troublesome.
I had a massage at Urban Athlete on Saturday and got loosened up.
Ran a good pace even with the ten and ones. Split negative 46:14 going out and 43:31returning. The return 7K pace was 6:05

Stride - 94 out and 99 in.
Cadence - 81 out and 83 in.
