rpe7-8. felt good. nice and easy. warm up 500 8:23. Even though it was a slow 500 warm up I felt my time was slow. Next 1000 drills: 100 drill followed each with 100 catch up(all with fins) ..Fins help me concentrate on the drill..2x500 8:20, 8:28. On the last 100 of each 100 rpe 8-9. I still felt my 500's times were slow even though it was an easy effort.
