RPE 6-7. Felt easy today. As it should. I feel a sense of slight recovery from fatigue. Todays run combined with yesterday's easy long bike has helped with my active recovery. RPM 91-95. I felt like I had a bit higher cadence today. Stretched beforehand as well as afterwards. My calves were a little tight, but stretching before and after helps. 30mins out 30 back. Negative split. 1st half warm up 2nd half ran faster. Just felt good. HR zone for today was 135-140. Not perfect but close to target..I feel the cooler temps with the light mist helped my effort level feel lower. Good recovery run.
