rpe7-8. HR never spiked except for strides. Run felt ok. Perhaps it is my left calf that is throwing off my "feeling" that I feel I am missing with my run. This again is not an ache that will go away until well after IMTX. I will continue to have massage and stretch and monitor the ache. Strides 6x30secs with 30 secs in between...Maintained controlled effort.
