Rpe 7-8. warm up 500 swim plus 2x400 pull plus 200 swim. Main set: 4x200(1 & 3 steady) ( 2 & 4 +effort)x2 =1600m. Done on ~3:30-3:40. 2nd set of 4x200 was done with paddles and fins. cd 200
