rpe 8+. Not a feel good swim...Just never felt good in the water. I may be feeling a little more fatigue than normal. warm up 400 swim. 4x200 pull on 3:15. 16x50 on 55 secs. 12x25 swim(25 on 30, 25 on 45). 6x100 swim on 1:40.
