rpe7-8. The first 40mins felt tough. The 2nd 40mins I felt better. Got into a good rythm. I could have ran longer. Also noticed I negative split the 2nd half of run. Perhaps the change of running venue helped with my motivation. But my aches and pains felt better than normal. I did do some light stretching beforehand. Since I uauslly feel like and 80 y/o man when I gt out of bed I tryed some light stretching beofre the run. I feel like it might have helped. So I will continue to experiment with this. Just noticed that this was exactly the same pace as last Sunday. Very consistant between the 2 runs.
