rpe8+-9. Warm up 400 plus 6x75 drill with fins. 8x100 pull. 4x100 on 1:30 hit the first interval only. Ended up being a 400 continuous swim. 2x50 on 60secs. Left workout before end of practice. Got in what I wanted plus some..Swim felt good.
