rpe7-8. Avg HR 144 Max 160(most likely occurred when I swallowed to much H20). Felt like I got faster on the final loop of 3. water temp was about 68. So wetsuit worthy but could have swam without. Good swim. 4000 yds is ~225yds short of 2.4 miles. Good continous effort. Looking forward to more OWS.
