rpe7. easy effort. The pace felt easy but HR was slightly elavated. Left calf was tight. Stopped at the half way point and stretched ... Didnt do much good. Left plantar bothered me early on but got better as the run progressed. Stretched afterwards..I will continue with 3 30min runs per week and see how plantar feels..
