rpe8+. warm up 550 yds pull. 3x300(moderate steady moderate) 50 easy
32x50yds hard on 60 secs. Did each 50 on sib 40 secs which provided 20 secs rest between each. 50 easy
I do good with 50's especially with 20 secs rest. Once I go longer even 100's I began to fatigue and lose technique. I think it is more lose of technique then fatigue. I am in pretty good shape..
