rpe7-9. 15min warm up .. ran in more control than last fartlek. I even feel my 2nd set was slightly faster. Bagn fartlek around mile 2. 30,60,90,120,90,60,30 sec intervals with 30 secs recovery between each. 2min recovery after set .then repeat. Good effort. The rpe of 9 was low. Might even say it was 8+. Calves and hip felt ok today. It continues to feel better. Massage tomorrow.
