RPE 7.5. As a result of the metabolic testing I should be running easy/long runs between HR of 145-150. This feels like a big increase from the previous HR zone I was utilizing of no greater than 140HR on aerobic days ie easy/long runs. Big will give myself a chance to transition over to the new aerobic zone. I tryed to keep things on the lower end of the new zone of 145. The first 3 or so miles was downwind. I also had to stop for traffic once which slows ans skews pace on mile 3. The return trip back was into a heawind and the times reflect this. But maintained good HR zone awareness. There is an inaccurate spike around mile 3 of 159. I recall the spike when my alarm went off and knew I was in control of the run and was not pushing it...

No quality run this week. Left Calf is tight! So I will get my frequency but not quality(ie, tempo, fartlek, interval) this week.
