rpe7. Although HR shows that I havent run in 1 mnth. The plantar fascitis felt fine. No discomfort noted during run or 4 hrs after run. However, my rt lower ab is really giving me problems. So I plan to take another month off from running and also do no more abs workouts or lunges for a month and lets hope this helps. My lower ab has been bothering me since pre IMAZ. But flames up ever so often. I was hoping that taking a mnth off would help that. I should have taken time away from ab workouts as well as running. Although the plantar is not completely healed I wanted to try and run today. And that didnt bother me. So another mnth should really help the plantar...Lets see how the lower ab feels in another mnth.
