1st 500m drills 10:21

2nd 500 8:31 1:42 pace

3rd 500 8:23 1:40 pace

4th 500 8:20 1:40 pace

5th 500 8:16 1:39 pace

6th 500 8:09 1:37 pace

100 cd

Swimming is such a struggle. Feels good the first 100 and then it always feels like I fall apart. I tryed to go slower on these sets to watch form. But still felt difficult like always...On a positive note at least the intervals were descending...Keep working...
