RPE7-7+. I am not sure what this run was....I was walking and my HR was in the 120's. When I begin to breath through my mouigh I am pushing mid 140's. Well I didnt breath through my mouth so not sure why HR was so high...After 2nd mile I noticed HR spiking so I slowed down..ALOT! And HR hardly went down..The 6 30 sec strides were the most diffiuclt I have ever done, I had to stop and walk after the 6th stride.
For once I would like to begin a run feeling good. Lower ab bothered me.
