Easy run treadmill. 1st mile slower to warm up. Then settle in on a comfortable pace and effort. I find it interesting that I began to decouple a bit. All conditions are very controlled on a treadmill. Nothng change except for my HR that gradually increased at the same effort. Each above interval represents 1 mile.
