RPE8+. Got a massage before practice. Warm 500 swim. plus 10x50 swim. main set: 400 on 6:30(build, fast, build, fast), 3x100 on 1:45, 6x50(2on 55, 2on 50, 2 on 45) 2nd part of main set all pull 400 on 5:15(build, fast, build, fast) 3x100 on 1:40, 6x50(2 on 50, 2 on 45, 2 on 40). Swim felt a bit faster. I was able to swim with someone that usually drops me. Perhaps this person was having a difficult day...But I felt good/ok.... Ready to begin lessons.
