rpe7-9. Several times the effort was too high. Legs feel good. And they should feel good since I do not have any fatigue on them from mnths of training. So need to ensure I do not overdoit bc I do feel so rested. Another reason my HR and rpe was elevated was bc I am not in the best shape. I am where I should be in regards to my shape. And I will be gradually increase my fitness level throughout my training. 2 bottles 144 cals each plus 2 gels 110 calories each...
