rpe7-8. warm 400 easy swim plus 8x50 kick on 55secs( I do not do alot of kick. for some reason i always strain a hamstring or quad. So once I feel this strain come on I roll over and do catch up until the kick set is complete). 4x250 pull on 1:45. We were doing them on about 1:25 with a 20 sec recovery between each. (One can swim faster 100 in a 25m pool than a 50m pool). 12x50 pull on 55secs. 8x75 swim(25easy, 25moderate,25hard) on 1:25. We were doing them on about a 1:10 with 15secs rest between. cd 100 easy swim. Another swim that felt good, smooth,

I have felt like my weight has dropped over the past 2-3 weeks. First time on the scale in about that long. Weighed in at 155.6. Last year for Longhorn I raced at ~154lbs. Not concerned about my weight. Just an observation, that the same thing occurred last year at about this time.
