rpe7-8. Started off feeling fine. Hr was fine...I did not go out fast as I have in the past. Kept HR below 144-145 1st 1+. HR gradually began to drift so I slowed the effort a bit. Consumed a very small amount of gel on the run...Still looking back HR was a bit higher than IM effort. Towards the end I was only running 8+ min miles. Mentally again, having a difficult time wrapping my head around a marathon...I guess most people will have a bit of anxiety doing something for the first time...First IM! First Marathon!...

Perhaps my body is telling me that this is not the typical trng schedule or stressor you have been putting on this body over the past 1+yrs. Perhaps this new trng block will take a time or two to get accustom to...It is a good thing to keep my body guessing. I do not want my body to expect a certain type of workout on a certain day. Because the trng becomes less productive if the body knows what to expect.

Level of fatigue is low. Legs are tired. But nothing out of the ordinary for a poorly executed bike. The run was more efficient...I will watch the fatigue levels over the next couple of days...Especially on the day of my 2hr run...
