Feeling better in the water. Doesnt matter that I have not moved up a lane. I am swimming better.
warm up 400 swim
3x(300 pull last 100 faster)
8x75 kick( I did drill and swim w/fins)
12x100:
3 on 1:50, 1 on 1:40, 2 on 1:50, 2 on 1:40, 1 on 1:50 3 on 1:40
I felt good abou the 100's. I was doing them on 1:35. Not much rest on the 1:40;however, I was able to hit 1:35 on all the 1:40's.
