rpe7+ to 8+. I ran this run as I used to run before triathlons. I ran completely on feel. I never looked at my garmin until I began my strides, I had no idea of my pace or HR. I wish the HR data was more accurate. I did noticed that mile 4 HR data was more effcient than mile 3 bc the gap between avg and max is closer. Plus mile 4 was about 10 secs faster. As mentioned I would have liked more HR data to check bc I cant use mile 5 as a comparison like mile 3 & 4 since my strides began here.
The run felt ok! I used to get this tunnel vision type of focus when I ran. Thats when I know I am in the zone. I am still waiting for that feeling...Small aches as usual. Left calf. Achilles is great. I have a massage next week.
6 strides feltr difficult but controled efforts.
