RPE 7. Felt easy. Calves felt good. stretched before and after. Thought about not bouncing and more gliding will runnning. 1st mile foot strike 93. last mile foot strike 90(although slight incline). Stopped after teh first mile to work on HR monitor. So must ignor the HRs for the 1 st mile. Not accurate. Thus the max HR is incorrect and the overall average will be high.
