warm up 500 each 50 yd drill followed up with swim to reinforce drill. 2x100 on 1:40. Finished each 100 on 1:18. Lots of rest. Not a speed day. Just wanted to finish my 2000 yds quicker so I added 2x100. finished easy 100. Worked on flip turns. Will do this again.. Easy workout. Just working on drills to better stroke.
