RPE 6-7. Jumped in lane 4(slower lane) to ensure I stayed within a lower effort level. wu 500m swim. 2(200kick, 4x25kick)=500m I swam most with fins and did some drills. 12x100 pull=1200. Then i got out. didnt allow the group swim to dictate my effort on length of swim. I got in what i needed to get in today.
I am a bit heavier now than I have been since post Longhorn by 2-3 lbs. I feel better a couple lbs lighter...Will work on that.
