rpe7-9. Today was not a great feel good swim. Just didnt feel good. I wonder if leading the lane has anything to do with that. I am more comfortable chasing(not leading thelane). I guess that goes hand in hand with how I race during the swim portion of a triathlon(always chasing). It wasnt a complete non feel good swim, but for the most part I just didnt have that feeling. I did drop everyone one every set and was told by peers in the lane that I might be in the wrong lane meaning that I should move to a faster lane. And I would have but the guy in that lane was alos in the wrong lane. He should have been in lane one not lane 2. He was lots faster than I was. Anyway warm up: 500 swim followed by another 200 swim.=700m

8x50 on 60 secs, 1-4 50(each 50 stroke count drops by one) began 44 strokes and dropped down by one each 50. for 5-8 repeat dropping a stroke each 50. =400m

2x300 on 5:15 very easy. I was comng in around 4:45.=600m

4x200 on 3:45. Had 15 secs rest between each except the final 200m. 1&3 moderate 2&4 hard effort. =800m

4x100 1&2 on 2mins 3&4 on 1:55 this was easy to hit and have rest in between. But I did work hard. =400m
