rpe 7. Warm up 500 swim(7:57) drills 1000 Took longer breaks in between to ensure the best possible form/technique throughout drills. followed each drill with a 100 swim more of a catch-up working on extension. used fins throughout drills once again wanting to work on technique as much as possible and not have to concern myself with bouyance or recovery from kicking during drill. Just wanted to make the drill sets as easy as possible to ensure I work on form. cd 300 swim
