rpe7-8. It was nice to be in the water. I took it easy, but i found it interesting how slow I went. And when I tryed to push the effort slightly I had nothing. I felt ok. I just had no power! I was struggling to do 100's on 1:45. Thats slow even for me.

warm up 400 swim. 6x50 kick all on 60 secs. I swam last 2x50. All with fins. Everytime I put fins on I feel like I am about to pull a muscle somewhere even when I kick very easy. So I swim with fins while basically using the fins as a buoy and slightly kicking and work on technique instead of kicking solely.

3x200 pulll. 4x100 on 1:45( I made them all on 2mins since I had no power). I was gonna swim 300 more to make it 2000 total. But I was apparently more fatigued then I thought so I got out.

If I had to guess, one of the reasons my run times are 15-30 secs per mile slower on my long runs then pre IMAZ is bc of my lower ab strain. I am assuming that I am not able to raise my knees up as high as I usually do bc of the strain it places on my lower ab. Overal I woke up feeling like a 75 year old man instead of my usual feeling of an 80 y/o man. My HR is also much lower on average on my long runs than per IMAZ.
