rpe7-8+. abs..40 min run w/ 6 strides.. began running on sore lower legs as yesterday. Calves are still sore. around 1.4 miles I felt ok. As the day goes on my calves will begin to feel better. However, the a.m's are when they feel sore...One more run tomorrow and I can relax the calves for a day...I dont feel my strides are at the level I usually run them. They were obviusly a bit of my effort. But I might have held back a bit more today....Very controled strides 6x30 secs
