RPE 6-7. Ran below my target HR. Just enjoyed the new venue...Very easy run. Nothing notable to report. My back feels much better. Did not bother my after yesterdays ride or todays run. My calves are better. Duncan's simply suggestion to stop bouncing made a huge difference. Not sure why I began to bounce in the first place.
