rpe7-9. abs. The easy part of the run early on I felt like defizzled coke. It was like I had not run in a week......As I got into the run I felt better. I ran the way I feel like I should run everytime out. Every mile split was faster than the last. With the exception of the cooldown jog...The 6 strides felt fluid and controled efforts...Hard but controled...Never running all out...HR always stayed below ceiling of 147 until strides...stretched afterwards...
