rpe7. Easy run. I am beginning to put more miles on a pair of shoes then I normally do before tossing them out. I have developed shin splints in the past if I do not toss my shoes after 200-220 miles. I am now over 220 miles on this pair of shoes and feel fine. So I am gonna push 250 and see how I feel before tossing this pair away.

It was great to run a lap at the lake. Havent done this in a while. I have been running just not at the lake. The lake is like our Central PArk. Even if you do not recognize everyone the fact that yu are running with many others that share the same excitement of fitness is motivating..Did some light stretching afterwards. I feel good.
