rpe7-8. swim felt good. The last few swims it has felt good to be in the water. I may have been slower than normal but it felt like a break away from running and even cycling...Anyway, today swim times were closer to what I usually swim...I dropped down to a slower lane today to ensure I focused on form.
warm up 500 swim 10x50(suppose to be kick but needed to take it easy on my legs so I swam easy with fins and worked out form).
main set
10x200
4x200 on 3:30(no paddles)
3x200 on 3:25(with paddles) I lead lane from this point forward. I did each 200 on ~3:10. The lane just faster than I was doing everything about 10 secs faster than my lane. I could have swam in that lane. and hit the interval. However, It was right thing to drop a lane and focus more on form..
2x200 on 3:20. Once again I was doing these on ~3:10
1x200 on 3:15.
