rpe7-8. wu 400 swim. 3x100 on 1:50, 3x200 cruise on 3:30, 3x100 on 1:45. 4x50 on 55 sec, 3x100 on 1:45, 4x50 on 50secs. cd 3x200 easy pull. hit all intrvls. Not that difficult of a swim set. Usaully do these types of sets 5 secs quicker. That would have been a difficult swim set. Looking into getting maccurdy for lessons.
