rpe7-8+. The chop in the water does nothing to prepare me for IMTX. It is a beat down to swim in the chop. Now early a.m. is more realistic to race day situation at IMTX. It kills what little form I have thus creating bad form. Did not wear a watch . forgot it. So the time is approximate. Wore wet suit.
