Rbm 7:30 ride. The efforts were hard. The easy was easy. I do not feel strong on the bike. I am stronger then I give myself credit for. I was able to hangout on with todays ride. But I still feel like I am missing a beat. Much of that has to do with the amount of riding I am doing both frequency and distance/ or time in the saddle. I only got 2 days in the saddle this week bc of my left thigh stiffness. But I did get an extra swim to stay active.
I am not recovering as well as I have when I feel like I am riding well. I am going to have fun next weekend at the Austin Tri. Left thigh felt good today. So I will run medium distance 6-7 miles tomorrow.
