rpe 8. not crazy about the workout. But for me it is mostly about getting in the water. warm up 300 swim,200 kick, 100 pull. 3x50, 3x75, 3x100, 3x125 pull on about a 1:55/100m...10x50 all with fins(25 swim w/butterfly kick,25 back with butterfly kick) . 6x100 on 1:40(made this intrvl easily but worked hard on the set. So I had plenty of rest in between ie ~10secs) 8x25 hard. 50 cooldown.
