rpe 7. Warm up 400 swim (7:31) recover 51 sec 400 fist drill(9:07) recover 46 sec (this is something maccurdy also wants me to incorporate in an attempt to to feel the water better). I believe it is also to help relieve my arms of all the work I put them through when I should be engaging the lats and chest more. 200 swim. (3:28) recovery before 1000 drill (68 secs). This 200 felt pretty good after the fist drill. Followed each 100 drill with a 100 catch up all with fins.
