RPE 8+. Stretched beforehand. Left achilles is sore. Not a normal soreness. More of a strain! Level of discomfort on a scale of 1-10(1 being minimum)=2. Poorly execited workout. warm up was slow. Stopped stretched after 1 mile. I struggled with keeping my HR down in comparison to my effort level. I felt like I could run harder, but HR showed other wise. The temp was not any warmer than it has been over the previous 3-4 weeks. Just a poorly excuted workout.
