rpe7-8+. Sort of difficult set. warm up 400 plus 3x100 swim. main set 2x200 pull moderate/cruise 200 swim hard effort. 2x200 pull moderate/cruise 2x100 hard on 1:45. 2x200 pull moderate/cruise 4x50 on :55 secs. 2x200 pull moderate/cruise 8x25 on :35 secs.

Left achilles slightly tight only in the a.m.'s.. After I get up and walk around for a while I never feel it the rest of the day. Left hamstring is slightly more of a concern. I can run through a tight achilles until it loosens up. However, my left hamstring becomes more tight as I push the effort. Feels better today.
