rpe7-8. warm up 500. 3x200 pull(I did not use paddles just buoy) on 3:30. We finished around 3:10.
main set 3x(300swim 4x50 kick) Unsure what the 300 were on (~5 mins)but 50 kick on 1min(did them on 40-45secs)1500m Took plenty of rest on 300's bc the other guy in lane was struggling. I was there working on technique mostly. 300's felt good.
4x50 hardon 1min(finished each 50 on 40secs)..
