felt ok. Need to ice left achiles. Interesting how last week I ran an 8:29pace and this week i ran a 8:06 pace. I felt better today eventhough this is a bigger training week. And the temps were about the same. I hope this is a sign of fitness growth. Need to taper this week. Begin taper Tuesday afternoon. Tomorrow is another big bike but should be easier effort.
