warm up 400 swim + 8x75 kick drill. I took it easy as a warm up should be...
main set:
400 pull steady
2x300 swim
I lead from this point forward:
3x200 pull on 3:20. finished on about 1:35's
4x100 swim on 2min hard, (1:33,1:34,1:33, 1:32)
100 cooldown
good swim. I felt faster today...
