rpe7-9. Warm up with fit2train out to I-20 ~25 miles. Looped around service road and picked up rbm roadie ride. Lots of spikes and surges as excepted with a roadie ride. Hung in well. Good ride. My legs were slughtly fatigued, but by the end of the day I felt even better. It is just nice to be able to ride. Consumed 288 cals from Inf. 1 gel 100 cals. Plus 3/4 water bottle of water. Not enough water on this ride. But the first half was slow therefore I did not work alot of my carbohydrates reserves.
