Notes

Rpe 7-8. Felt very easy. I wanted to swim in the back just to work on swim recovery. I felt fast but maintain the workout and did not go out too hard. WU 400 4x50 drill. main set 3x200 on 3:45 75%-80% effort(cruise)3x300 pull on 5:30( lead lane and turned 4:45 splits. this gave me 45 sec recovery), 3x200 swim 85% effort on same interval 3:45(longer rest since effort was more difficult) CD 4x50 swim.

Diet: breakfast oatmeal, 2 cups cooffee, skae muscle milk with banana, blueberry, strawberry. Mid am snack peach and bar 90 cals. Lunch same salad as yesterday, tuna crackers, mixed veges, two cookies from whoe foods cup of coffee, dinner after swim (830 way too late) 4 tacos from rusty taco and a can of pringles(420 cals)
