rpe 7. coached showed up late. No biggie! I felt good in the water. Comfortable. Had a positive swim. calves felt exceptionally better today. Not sure if it was the massage, but it had to have helped a bit. I feel good about my race. I am gonna race the best that I can..to my potential...And if I accomplish my goal then thats great. but i will have known that I prepared to the best of my ability...

swim warm 500 swim plus 8x50 swim on 60 secs(25 drill 25 swim)

main set (all pull) 4x100 on 1:45, 100 on 2mins 4x100 on 1:40, 200 easy, 400 hard....All in all I controlled my breathing and maintained technique. Positive swim.
