Weather was incredible. A little chilly at first. But enjoyed running in these temps. Rpe 7-7+. Easy run. Nice recovery run. I feel good after yesterdays run...Last week I made another terrible mistake by participating in track practice the tuesday following a sunday race. This caused unnecessary soreness that caused me to miss 5 days of running bc of sore left thigh. I was able to slowly stretch it out and was back at it in time to put together some good runs before yesterdays Austin Triathlon. So I will not make this mistake again. Today was an easy run....Executed good.
