rpe7-8. Tues and Thurs are stroke day at Masters. So I swim all my sets but have longer recoveries since stroke w/o's do not get the same amt of distances as any other day.
warm up 300 swim 4x100 swim 5x50 swim. 950m
main set :
4x(4x25on 30secs, 200 pull on3:10, 2x50 on 65secs) = 1600
cool down 250 swim Would have swam more but had another practice following.
Swim as just ok. Not great but not bad.
