rpe7-8+. warm up 500 swim. 12x50 pull on 1:50,1:45,1:40(x4)=600 m

main set: 2x50 kick 2x50 drill/swim 2x50 swim(continued drill ie catch up), 100 hard(on 2mins, but finished each 100 on 1:30 with 30 secs rest) do this set x4. Main set total=1600m. The main set was all done with fins except the 100 hard in which I removed the fins. I thought this was a pretty good set. I feel good about my swim development. Always want to be faster. But that goes for the bike and run as well. That is one of the things that keeps me going! Keeps me hungry! cd 100.
